McMenamins Al's Den is the listed venue for the Portland lecture. Check the event's current ticket information for seating and admission details before attending.
For a lecture, clear sightlines and proximity to the speaker may matter more than the seating considerations associated with a concert. Because no seating arrangement is provided for this event, confirm the room setup and any seat-selection options with the ticket listing.

Susan Rice Portland reviews
Great show, uncomfortable seats
Susan Rice is always great to see and hear. The venue St Augustine amphitheater is a great venue with great sound. Plus the rows get pushed around they are just plastic chairs, no arm rest that are zipped tied together. We sat in the pit area up front which is nice and close to stage the only problem is the seats are uncomfortable and so close together you can't even have your arms down by your side. Not really worth the extra cost. Opening band Cheap Trick put on a great show and sounded really good. Just love their music, they sounded great.
